The Co-founders of onlē, each have over 30 years of experience in the Professional Salon Industry.  When they first started, they were a part of an industry growth that was unprecedented. Our mission is to create high performance salon products strictly to be used and recommended to clients by their Stylist, while supporting the Stylists’ ability to enhance their clients full-service experience. 

Over the years, with a surge in technology and broad- based distribution, over-taken by product diversion, this once common message was lost.

onlē is a renaissance of the original mission.  To create a top-quality brand, with scientists and Independent Stylists to be distributed only by professional Independent Stylists.

Now the relationship between client and stylist is once again the primary focus.
