Shipping and Handling  Information

  • ·       Free Ground Shipping: Orders $75
  •  Rates:
    • Ground – $12 (2–5 days, allow 1 day for processing, orders arriving Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday)
    •    2-Day – $20
    • Next Day – $25

Please note: Any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. onlē does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All onlē orders are subject to processing and handling times. onlē will process all orders as quickly as possible and then hand off to your chosen carrier for delivery.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. onlē is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • No Saturday/Sunday or PO Box deliveries.
  • APO/FPO & PO Box: USPS Priority Mail, 10–12 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & USVI: USPS Priority Mail (+surcharge), 10–12 business days.
  • We ship only within the U.S. (including APO/FPO and U.S. territories, excluding Puerto Rico).
